Answers about RebridPro's post-booking operations platform - pricing, the free trial, Bokun integration, staff scheduling, conflict prevention, and data security.
RebridPro is a post-booking operations management platform for tour, travel, and activity operators. It handles everything that happens after a booking is made: staff scheduling, resource and vehicle tracking, conflict and overlap alerts, task delegation, digital waivers, pre-activity reminders, and operational analytics.
No. RebridPro does not sell tours or activities to the public and does not process payments from your customers - that's what a booking engine does. RebridPro runs on top of whichever booking platform you already use (or none at all): bookings are entered by your team or imported from a connected system, and RebridPro manages the operational work that starts once a booking exists.
Yes. Connect your Bokun account in one step and every booking, product, resource, and customer syncs automatically from there - no manual re-entry. RebridPro doesn't require Bokun, though: everything also works fully manually for operators who book through another channel or by hand.
Three kinds of operator: activity and adventure operators running multiple activities a day with shifting staff and equipment needs; multi-day tour operators coordinating longer itineraries across guides, vehicles, and partners; and DMCs and incoming operators managing ground operations for other companies, where visibility and reliability are the whole product.
RebridPro raises automatic conflict and overlap alerts whenever staff, vehicles, or resource capacity are double-booked across activities, plus staff-unavailability and overbooking warnings - so the problem surfaces before the day of the tour, not during it.
Yes. A staff directory tracks availability, workload scoring, demand forecasting, and time-off, so a guide's qualifications, hours, and next assignment are in one place instead of a cross-referenced spreadsheet. Tasks can be delegated directly to a team member's own list, tagged with who assigned it.
Yes. Owned and rented resources, equipment, and vehicles are tracked with maintenance schedules, expiry alerts, availability calendars, and accessibility accommodations as the operation grows across branches. Resources are created automatically from a Bokun booking the first time they're used, or added by hand.
Yes. Automated reminders, digital waivers with e-signatures, staff checklists, and upsell newsletters cover everything between a booking being made and the activity starting - so a guide walks into departure with the manifest and paperwork already handled.
Yes. Today's jobs stay visible and changes - ticking a checklist item, adding a note to a booking - still log with no signal, syncing automatically once back online. It installs on a phone like an app, so a guide at a remote location keeps working.
RebridPro has four plans, billed monthly or annually (annual is ten months' price for twelve): Starter at €29/month, Operations at €79/month, Pro at €149/month, and Enterprise at €299/month. Every plan includes task assignment, automation, a customer database, and customer communications; plans differ in branch/staff/resource limits and in marketing features. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Yes. The first organization you create gets a 30-day free trial. A payment method is entered at checkout but you're not charged until the trial ends, when the first payment for your chosen billing period is taken automatically.
Yes, from Organization settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops - subscription payments aren't refundable, but nothing further is charged. A cancelled or unpaid organization is paused (its data is kept) rather than deleted immediately; it's deleted 30 days after being paused, with a warning email 7 days before that happens.
Account and operational data is hosted in the EU (Supabase, Ireland; AWS, Stockholm). Some vendors process limited data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. Customer records an operator enters or imports belong to that operator - the operator is the data controller, RebridPro is the processor - and personal data is never sold to anyone.
Yes. You can delete your account from Account settings, and an organization owner can delete an entire organization and its data. If RebridPro ever stops offering the service, it gives at least 60 days' notice, during which you can export your data.
