Terms of Use

The service

These terms are a contract between you and Rebrid One, LDA (NIPC/VAT PT519352122, Avenida Manuel Violas 476, 4410-137 São Félix da Marinha, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal) ("Rebrid", "we"), for the website at https://www.rebridpro.com and the RebridPro application. By creating an account or using either, you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

RebridPro helps tour and activity operators run their operations after a booking exists: staff and scheduling, resources and vehicles, tasks, customer records and communication, documents and waivers, invoicing and reporting. Bookings are entered by your team or imported from a system you connect. RebridPro does not sell activities to the public, does not process payments from your customers, and is not a party to any contract between you and your customers.

The Privacy Policy (including its processing terms for operators) and the Cookie Policy are part of these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and use RebridPro for a business, not for personal or household purposes.
• Sign up with an email and password, or with Google, LinkedIn or Facebook. Keep your credentials to yourself; everything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• Give accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account.
• Tell us at once at admin@rebridpro.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
• We may suspend an account that appears compromised or that is being used to attack the service. Repeated failed sign-ins lock an account temporarily on their own.

Organizations, members and roles

Work in RebridPro happens inside an organization. The person who creates it is its owner. The owner can invite members, assign roles and permissions, add branches, change the plan, transfer ownership and delete the organization.

• The owner is responsible for the organization: its subscription, its data, and what its members do in it. Give members only the permissions they need.
• Members act on the organization's behalf. Removing a member ends their access; it does not delete the records they created.
• An owner must transfer ownership or delete the organization before deleting their own account.
• The RebridPro user types, roles and permission model are described in the product. We may refine them; we will not use them to reach into your data beyond what running the service and answering support requires.

Subscriptions, trial and billing

• Registering is free. A subscription is chosen when you create an organization; each organization has its own plan and its own billing.
• Trial. The first organization you create gets a 30-day free trial. You enter a payment method at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends, when the first payment for your chosen billing period (monthly or annual) is taken automatically. Additional organizations are billed from day one.
• Billing. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in euros, through Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Annual plans are priced at ten months for twelve. Prices are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe; taxes are added where applicable. Stripe holds your card details; we hold only your customer and subscription ids and the invoices.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the current billing period is prorated on your next invoice.
• Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal.
• Refunds. Subscription payments are not refundable. If you cancel, your organization keeps full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. The only exceptions are where the law requires a refund or where we have failed to provide the service for a sustained period - contact us in that case.

Cancelling, downgrading and lapsing

• Cancel from Organization settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends. Cancelling during the trial ends it at the end of the trial with no charge.
• Downgrade at any time; the lower plan and price apply from your next renewal. If the organization exceeds the lower plan's limits, bring it within them before then.
• Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. The organization keeps working while the payment is past due and you are shown a notice to update your card.
• Lapsed. Once a subscription is cancelled or the retries are exhausted, the organization is paused: its pages are replaced by a resubscribe screen until the owner subscribes again. Its data is kept while it is paused. A paused organization is deleted 30 days after it was paused; we email the owner a warning 7 days before that happens.
• Deleting an organization cancels its subscription immediately and removes its data. Download a backup first if you need one.

Plan limits and fair use

Each plan sets limits on branches, staff, resources, vehicles and document storage, shown on the pricing page. We may enforce these in the product, and may ask you to move to a higher plan if your organization is consistently above them. Use of the service must stay within what a single operator of your size would reasonably need: no scraping, bulk automated access, or use of RebridPro to run a service for others.

Your responsibilities as an operator

• Customer data. You are the controller of the customer and staff data you store. You need a lawful basis to collect it, a privacy notice for your customers, and consent where you record health information such as allergies or accessibility needs. The processing terms in the Privacy Policy apply.
• Waivers, forms and templates. RebridPro gives you tools to build waivers, booking questions, briefing sheets and inspection checklists and to collect electronic signatures. The wording and the legal effect of what you send are yours to decide and check. Rebrid does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a waiver signed through the product is enforceable in your jurisdiction.
• Emails to customers. Messages you send through RebridPro go out under your name from our sending domain. Send only to people you are entitled to contact, honour unsubscribes, and keep marketing messages within the law that applies to you.
• Safety. Weather data, inspection checklists, collision alerts and similar features are aids, not guarantees. Decisions about whether to run an activity remain yours.
• Accuracy. Reports, invoices and analytics are only as good as the data your team enters.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Break the law, or store or send anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
• Access another organization's or user's data, or try to.
• Probe, scan or overload the service, bypass rate limits or the bot check, or share iCal feed links and waiver links with people who should not have them.
• Upload malware, or files you have no right to store.
• Resell the service, or use it to build a competing product by copying its features or content.
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing through customer messaging.

Connected services

If you connect Bokun, you supply your own Bokun API keys and authorise us to import your bookings, products and customers with them. Your use of Bokun stays under Bokun's terms; we are not responsible for changes to their API or data. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations, which stops imports and removes the keys. iCal feeds are secured only by the unguessable link; anyone with the link can read the feed until you regenerate it.

Availability and support

We aim to keep RebridPro available at all times and to announce planned maintenance, but at this stage we do not offer an uptime guarantee or service credits. Features marked as trial, beta or preview may change or be withdrawn. Support is by email at admin@rebridpro.com and through the in-app feedback form; response times depend on your plan.

Intellectual property

RebridPro, its code, design, name and content belong to Rebrid One LDA or its licensors. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while you have an account and follow these terms. Your data stays yours: you give us only the licence we need to store, process, back up and display it to run the service. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Termination

• You can delete your account or organization at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how).
• We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts other customers or the service at risk, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
• We can stop offering RebridPro altogether with at least 60 days' notice, during which you can export your data.
• Sections on your data, liability, intellectual property and governing law survive termination.

Liability

RebridPro is provided as is. To the extent Portuguese law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for all claims arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost bookings or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for what an operator's customers do or claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited under Portuguese law. If you are a consumer under Portuguese law, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use RebridPro after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel before it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us goes to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to rights consumers have under mandatory law.
