Cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Org settings, then Subscription.
1. Cancel
Open Org settings, then Subscription, and cancel. Nothing further is charged.
2. Until the period ends
Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Subscription payments are not refundable.
3. Paused, then deleted
A cancelled organization is paused with its data kept. It is deleted 30 days later, with a warning email 7 days before.
